1, the color of the steel door surface depends on the choice of transfer paper, and powder, varnish.

2, the powder must use all-polyester, otherwise it will be yellow, or the color is not uniform. The dusting must be uniform, otherwise it will cause chromatic aberration.

3, the surface varnish effect and the quality of the varnish are critical, and the operation must be sprayed more than 2 times to achieve good results.

4. The pressure of the glue press must be controlled. Otherwise, the wave or the facade will be deformed. The pressure plate should not be too thin. The size of the liner for the press must be the same as the thickness of the door. The spacer for the door should be larger than the width. 80, the thickness is greater than 8, otherwise it will cause scratches and bumps on the facade. The squeegee must be even. It must be squeegeeed and placed in the inner frame. It is responsible for the degumming. The position of the ribs and the position of the keyhole are the easiest to flow. Pay special attention when squeegeeing.

The size of the lock box must be standard and should not be too large, otherwise the lock hole will be uneven. When placing the 7th facade on each pressure pier, placing 2 pressure plates is beneficial to reduce the deformation of the facade. The size of the honeycomb paper must be 1 mm larger than the thickness of the inner frame, the hardness is good, and the scraping is uniform, otherwise the facade will be uneven.

5, the facade film must be flat, can not have bubbles, otherwise it will cause the facade to be sunken, the protective film can be put on a small hole, easy to discharge the air when the film, the surrounding film must be cut with a blade, otherwise it will cause protection during installation The film is not easy to tear off.

6, the stacking of the facade is not more than 25 fans per row, otherwise it will cause crushing of the facade. When placed, they should be placed according to different heights and different widths.

7. The materials and products of the production workshop must be placed regularly. Otherwise, the workshop will be confused and the defective products will be produced. The logistics will not be smooth and the production will not be smooth.

8. Good products must have good craftsmanship + good raw materials + a team with strong sense of responsibility.
